Imad Toufic Ali leads the executive lineup of the joint venture with an engineering and project management profile aligned to disciplined delivery, technical coordination, and decision-quality leadership. His background strengthens the JV's ability to engage complex projects with a balanced perspective across engineering judgment, execution planning, and owner-focused project governance.
Founder and managing director of NEO Project Consulting, Erkan Tatar brings more than 25 years of construction and project leadership experience across project management, construction management, planning, and strategic consulting. He adds multidisciplinary leadership and technology-led thinking to the JV's operating model for large-scale and fast-moving project environments.
Feyza Tatar is a Professional Quantity Surveyor and cost management leader with over 25 years of experience in international construction contracts. Her work centers on budgeting, cost planning, quantity surveying, project controls, and commercial discipline for complex developments, bringing valuable financial visibility and contractual awareness to the joint venture.
